Former AC/DC Frontman Dave Evans announces UK tour dates

AC/DC co-founder & original frontman Dave Evans, who recently signed a UK exclusive deal with Rocksector Records to release his latest album “Judgement Day” (April 26th), announces UK tour dates in May.

Evans, who formed the band along with brothers Angus & Malcolm Young, left AC/DC late in 1974, replaced by Bon Scott & went on to enjoy success in Australia with Rabbit, Thunder Down Under & also toured the United States & Europe with his band The Baddasses. A UK version of The Baddasses has been formed for this tour, including Chris Appleton (guitar) & Martin McNee (drums) from Fury UK, & Marshall Gill (guitar) from New Model Army. The line-up is completed by Leon Gill (bass) from New Union.

These shows will feature material from “Judgement Day” plus some AC/DC classics from both Dave's era in the band & respectfully the Bon Scott era.

The main support band on the tour is Cumbrian rockers Falling Red.
